Privacy Policy

Privacy information for the Abusali Security OÜ website.

Notice: this information has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not presented as legal advice or as a finalized legal document.

This privacy policy explains how personal information may be handled in connection with the Abusali Security OÜ website. Some details below (such as certain retention periods and legal-basis confirmations) are still being finalized; those sections say so explicitly.

Website operator: Abusali Security OÜ. For privacy-related inquiries, contact: info@abusalisecurity.ee. Additional company registration details and data protection contact information are available upon request.

When you use the contact form, information you choose to provide may include your name, company, email address, phone number, service or requirement details, and message. This is sent to our contact-form handler and delivered by email to our team (see “Data sharing and service providers” below); the website itself does not store enquiries in a database.

The website is hosted with Hostinger. Through normal operation, technical information may be generated, such as device or browser details, IP address, request time, and security or diagnostic logs. What Hostinger itself retains or how it further processes this information has not been confirmed here.

  • To respond to enquiries when message delivery is enabled.
  • To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the website.
  • To measure, only if you accept, whether a website visit results in a successful contact-form enquiry, using the Google Ads measurement tag described under “Cookies and similar technologies” below.
  • To meet applicable legal or regulatory obligations, where relevant.

Where applicable, the final privacy policy should identify the relevant legal basis for each processing activity. This may include consent, steps taken in response to an enquiry, legitimate interests, or legal obligations. The applicable basis for most activities still needs full review and confirmation. One activity is already confirmed: the Google Ads measurement tag described under “Cookies and similar technologies” relies on your consent, given or withdrawn using the cookie preferences control described there.

Retention periods have not yet been finalized. The final policy should state how long enquiry data, technical logs, and any other personal information are retained, together with the basis for those periods.

Two providers are established for this website. Hostinger hosts the website and its contact-form handler, and sends enquiry emails on our behalf via its SMTP service from noreply@abusalisecurity.ee. Google provides the Google Ads measurement tag described under “Cookies and similar technologies” below, which only runs if you accept and never receives your name, email address, phone number, company, service/requirement details, or message.

Formal data processing terms and safeguards with these providers have not been separately confirmed here. No other third-party service provider is identified for this website; any further provider added should be assessed and reflected in this policy.

Appropriate technical and organizational measures should be considered to protect personal information. The final policy and operating practices still need to be aligned with the services, systems, and risks that actually apply.

Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, such as access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability. The final policy should explain how to make a request and identify the relevant contact method.

This website can load a Google Ads measurement tag (Google’s “Google tag”, gtag.js). It is not loaded, and nothing is sent to Google Ads, unless you accept. If you accept, the tag loads and records one measurement event after the contact form has been submitted and our server confirms the enquiry was sent successfully. That event carries only a fixed value and currency indicating that a conversion occurred — it does not include your name, email address, phone number, company, service/requirement details, or message.

On your first visit, a banner asks you to Accept or Reject, with both options given equal weight:

  • Accept loads the tag and grants the signals it uses (ad_storage, analytics_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization), allowing it to use cookies for the measurement described above and for other standard Google Ads measurement, such as recognizing repeat visits from the same browser.
  • Reject, or leaving the banner without choosing, means the tag is never loaded and nothing is sent to Google Ads.

Your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. On a later visit, if you previously accepted, the tag loads again automatically; if you rejected or made no choice, it stays unloaded until you accept. You can review or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer of every page. If you switch from Accept to Reject after the tag has already loaded on the current page, the page reloads so the tag is not loaded again and nothing further is sent — this clears anything you were typing on the page at the time. Accepting or rejecting has no effect on the contact form itself: your enquiry is sent and answered the same way either choice, and neither choice sends its contents to Google.

Google provides the Google Ads measurement tag described above. Google receives nothing from this tag unless you accept; if you accept, that includes the measurement event described above and, as part of the tag’s standard operation, cookie identifiers and other browser/device information. Google processes this under its own privacy terms, available at policies.google.com/privacy. No other third-party service provider is identified here beyond those named under “Data sharing and service providers” above; any further provider added should be assessed and reflected in this policy.

This policy may need to be updated as the website, its services, or applicable requirements change. The finalized policy should state the effective date and how material updates will be communicated.
